Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be canceled and charged according to the booking policy. • No extra guests, children, or visitors are permitted unless previously approved. • Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. • No-call/no-show appointments will result in the loss of future booking privileges. • Please arrive prepared for your service. For brow appointments, brows should be free of makeup. For makeup appointments, arrive with a clean face unless otherwise instructed. • If you need to reschedule, please do so within the timeframe outlined by the booking system. • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.
